Pilot terms of use

Approved-user workspace terms

Last updated: 31 July 2026. These terms apply to the private No Fries evaluation workspace. Access does not create a production service commitment, procurement arrangement, or licence for wider organisational use.

Approved access

You may use the application only through your own approved Microsoft identity and assigned role. Do not share access, attempt to reach another tenant, bypass controls, or use another person’s identity.

Evaluation scope

The workspace is an early-stage sales discovery and proposal tool. It supports consultant judgement; it does not provide legal, audit, compliance, financial, or security assurance, and it does not replace technical validation or formal scope approval.

Information and permissions

Only enter information you are authorised to use in this external application. Do not upload credentials, secrets, raw security configurations, or restricted customer information without explicit written approval. Use fictional or specifically approved records during a pilot.

Human review

Service matches are deterministic suggestions based on the approved catalogue and recorded answers. A consultant must review, accept, reject, or validate each recommendation. Nothing is sent to a customer or CRM automatically.

Service catalogue and product material

No Fries methods, question structures, matching logic, application code, templates, and reusable outputs may not be copied, republished, reverse engineered, resold, or used to create a competing product except where mandatory law permits. Tenant-provided service material remains subject to the tenant’s ownership and use restrictions.

CRM actions

CRM handoff requires an approved proposal, an explicit user confirmation, and a configured tenant-controlled endpoint. Users remain responsible for checking the account, owner, values, and next action before handoff and for correcting CRM records when necessary.

Availability and changes

The pilot is provided on an evaluation basis and may change, pause, or be withdrawn. Keep source material and final approved customer deliverables in the organisation’s authorised systems of record.

Suspension and deletion

Access may be suspended for security, misuse, lack of approval, or end of pilot. Administrators may delete pilot records in accordance with the agreed retention approach.
